This policy is valid for products sold and delivered by MinaSilicio. Exchange and Return Prerequisites
Only accepted:
- Within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery / receipt of the product.
- The product must be complete with the original packaging, warranty certificates and accessories.
- The product must be accompanied by the invoice or coupon.
Will not be accepted:
- Products that have been used (except in cases of technical or manufacturing defect or defect, found after use).

Exchange and Returns for defects or defects Within 30 days:
- Exchange for identical product (same brand, line, model and version) or another of the same kind or;
- Issuance of Gift Certificate in the value of the product for use in any store.
After 30 days:
- Seek technical assistance from the product manufacturer.
* Period from the day of delivery / receipt of the product.
Return of Paid Amounts
The return of amounts paid will only be made after the product is returned to MinaSilicio.
Credit Card Payments: Amount chargeback periods are solely dependent on the credit card company and may occur on up to two (2) subsequent invoices.
Payments by bank slip or cash (in kind) at stores: Returns will be made by bank deposit, within 10 (ten) business days from receipt of the product and the required information. The CPF of the return account holder must be the same as the CPF of the purchase holder.
