The Rock QUARTZ ore extracted, crushed, washed and benefited by MinaSilicio GMA Mineradora Ltda. This same ore also meets the specifications of the steel companies that use it as a flux to facilitate the formation of liquid slag in the production of Ferro-Gusa, which is the raw material for the production of Steel. , it helps improve the homogenization of the load, which automatically reflects the performance of the Electric Reduction Furnaces, allowing better thermal utilization, better electrical conductivity, specific energy consumption and electrodes, positively impacting the final cost of this production chain, or less waste in its processing, besides significantly reducing the aggression to the environment.
